ABSTRACT
Estudos referentes à identidade profissional de enfermagem e sua dinâmica de formação fornece-nos, enquanto membros desta profissão, subsídios teóricos que tornam realizável a promoção da autoestima, a valorização social do profissional de enfermagem e fundamentam reflexões sobre nosso passado, presente e futuro. Trata-se de uma comunicação de pesquisa em andamento, na qual se busca discutir acerca de possíveis elementos influentes no processo de formação da identidade profissional de enfermagem e as interfaces entre os mesmos. Na presente etapa desta pesquisa qualitativa de reflexão teórica, já se mostra claro que a identidade profissional de enfermagem se forma através de sistemas complexos de elementos específicos e não específicos, e que estes interagem não sistematicamente. Destaca-se ainda a possibilidade de que os elementos apontados sejam constantemente mutáveis e alteram, desta forma, a estrutura da identidade profissional.(AU)
The studies regarding the professional identity of nursing and its dynamic of formation, provide us, as members of this profession, theoretical bases that ground our reflections about the past, present and future. Therefore, it becomes feasible the promotion of self-esteem, as well as the social valorization of nursing professional. This is an ongoing research paper in which the possible influential elements in the process of nursing professional identity formation and the interfaces among them are discussed. In the current process of this qualitative research with theoretical reflection, it is already clear that the professional identity of nursing it is constructed through complex systems of specific and non specific elements, and these elements interact to each other in a non systematic way. It is also important to highlight that they are constantly mutable and thus change the structure of the professional identity.(AU)
